Responsibilities
- Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to custodial team leads completion
- Adheres to established procedures to provide safe working environment aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, Aramark regulations
- Maintains clean and orderly environment to project safety and health
- Accurately clean and maintain housekeeping equipment
- Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
- Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash, transport to designated areas
- Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
- Secures facility, ensuring building locked/unlocked as required
- Ensures security of company assets

Requirements
- Previous custodial experience required
- Previous experience in supervisory or related role preferred
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and hazardous chemicals
- Maintains friendly efficient positive guest service demeanor
- Adaptable to guest needs
