Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of drip coffee, cold beverage, espresso bar, pastry stations
- Follow company standards, maintain work area per Health Department standards
- Follow Starbucks Simple Service Steps and Magic Selling skills
- Educate, sample, and serve food and beverage products
- Follow station-specific duties
- Open and/or close area following checklist
- Maintain PAR stock levels and presentations
- Produce and present products following recipes, meeting speed standards
- Follow merchandising and signing standards
- Maintain personal hygiene and dress code per company rules
- Foster environment of acceptance, strengthen relationships
Requirements
- No education or experience required
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
- Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, manuals
- Ability to work flexible schedule with retail hours
- Position requires standing/walking, reaching, crouching
- Frequent use of computers, handheld equipment, cash registers
- Lift/move up to 25 lbs frequently
