Responsibilities
- Partner with product and operations leaders tighten feedback loop on changes
- Build operational reporting for new business lines, tracking patient enrollment, engagement, key metrics
- Analyze patient outcomes data from surveys and clinical measures quantify impact, identify improvements
- Design and evaluate experiments across product features, operational processes test hypotheses
- Leverage behavioral and utilization data uncover patterns inform future development
- Build new data models and pipelines ensure teams access clean, reliable data, enable flexible reporting
- Prioritize requests across multiple products and workstreams focus on highest impact
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations inform decisions
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or analytics engineering
- Highly proficient in SQL and comfortable across data stack
- Strong product intuition and understand prioritize work based on business impact
- Worked in fast-paced environments balancing multiple stakeholders priorities
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can scope own projects without detailed requirements
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building dashboards and reports (Looker, Tableau, Metabase)
- Excited about maternal and women’s health
- Proficiency in Python preferred
- Experience in healthcare operations, value-based care, D2C healthcare preferred
- Background working with survey data and patient-reported outcomes preferred
- Familiarity with modern data tools like dbt, Airflow, or Snowflake preferred
