Job Description
This weekend package role supports individuals with functional impairments in homes, focusing on goal achievement through behavioral strategies and community activities.
Imagine the Possibilities Inc operates Home and Community-Based Services, providing social and medical assistance for Iowans with cognitive or health needs in non-institutional settings.
Tasks encompass collaborating on goals, teaching adaptive skills, applying behavioral plans with restrictions when needed, documenting progress, preparing meals, administering medications, and transporting via vehicles, yet handling physical behaviors like seizures demands preparedness.
Pay starts at $17 per hour. The schedule runs every Saturday and Sunday from 7:00am to 8:00pm. Benefits include PTO, 401k, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, pre-paid legal, discounted memberships, leadership development programs, and EAP.

Requirements
