Interns analyze campaign data from platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram, crafting customized social media metrics reports. They monitor and optimize active campaigns using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager. The position involves building custom audiences, conducting social media research, and navigating advertising opportunities for emerging platforms. A key challenge includes managing evolving online communication trends while maintaining accuracy in data interpretation.

Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $20 per hour. The location is hybrid at the Washington DC office with required in-office days. Interns work full time from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm ET. Requirements

  • College junior, senior, or recent graduate
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Familiarity with social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram
  • Interest in paid social media tools Meta Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Proficient or interested in analyzing high-volume data, Excel proficiency recommended
  • Ability to synthesize data and develop insights for internal and external teams
  • Ability to adapt content to paid media best practices across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, YouTube
