Responsibilities
- Monitor student safety in wood shop, metal shop, and other spaces
- Provide technical fabrication support to students during Open Studio hours
- Assist Shop Manager in maintenance of tools and equipment
- Cleaning and organization of makers spaces and storage areas
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in fine arts, design, fabrication/construction or related field or equivalent combination
- Minimum of 3 years combined experience in woodworking, welding (MIG) and/or metal fabrication
- Ability to work safely with hand tools, power tools, machinery
- Ability to work four weekly shifts: two weekday evenings, Saturday day, Sunday day
