Responsibilities
- Lead Agentforce Marketing Engineering to transform platforms into AI-first systems
- Architect and scale distributed systems for real-time personalization and orchestration
- Build core Agentforce and Marketing Cloud capabilities using LLMs and predictive models
- Partner with product, data, UX, and AI teams to translate needs into scalable solutions
- Inspire and scale engineering organizations, fostering innovation and execution
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience including 5+ years in senior executive roles
- Proven success scaling AI-native platforms at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, real-time data processing, and global multi-region deployments
- Strong technical foundation in LLMs, machine learning systems, search, recommendations, and AI-driven decisioning
- Experience with Marketing Technology or Customer Engagement Platforms
- Strategic systems-level thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills
