Job Description
This role conducts cycle counts and audits to verify system quantities against physical stock in warehouses and manufacturing sites. Supply chain managers benefit from accurate records that prevent shortages and overstock in production. Specialists use scanners, spreadsheets, and inventory software like SAP to track items.
Spectra Gutter Systems manufactures gutters and roofing products for construction projects across North America. The company produces metal structures with coatings for residential and commercial applications. It supports branch locations with inventory control to maintain operations.
Specialists review cycle count data daily and document discrepancies in logs, researching variances from shipping errors. They spot-audit shelves with handheld devices, submitting truck reports within deadlines. Work spans branches with 25-35% travel by car, escalating issues to managers via email. Constraints include meeting response SLAs for tickets while performing tasks independently in fast-paced operations.
No compensation details provided in the posting. Full-time role with some travel covering branch and manufacturing sites. Opportunities for support during audits; email response expectations for service levels.
