Job Description

Treatment service specialists deliver direct support to children with special needs in school settings, developing individualized plans with parents, teachers, and staff. They communicate behavioral observations to treatment teams and build team dynamics. Specialists use wrap-around approaches to enhance success in school and home environments. Assistance includes helping youth build coping, social, recreational, independent living, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.

Treatment service specialists earn $19.75 to $21.92 per hour. Positions are based in Hamilton, Montana, with potential school-related travel. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or HSE
  • Past employment experience
  • BS/BA Degree in Human Services Related Field preferred or equivalency based on experience
  • Computer literacy including navigation of performance-based software and electronic medical records
  • Interpersonal oral and written communication skills
  • Valid Montana Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • Acceptable criminal and protective services background check
