Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing mail including sorting and scanning
- Reconcile physical payments to EMSafe software
- Prepare deposits and client deliverables
- Open and distribute mail, excluding confidential items
- File checks, explanations of benefits, and correspondence
- Prepare courier chain of custody for deposits
- Populate data fields from scanned images
- Track mail and provide administrative support
- Scan documents into software programs
