Job Description
Licensed psychologists assess children and adolescents with psychological and neuropsychological tools in Issaquah clinics.
Dayspring Behavioral Health provides psychological care, mentorship, and training as an APPIC-approved postdoctoral site.
Clinicians conduct assessments, supervise interns and fellows, collaborate on training, and participate in recruitment while maintaining ethics in documentation.
Work includes hands-on clinical duties alongside leadership in pediatric assessment programs.
Full-time schedule Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM in Issaquah.
Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 annually.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and neuropsychological assessments with children and adolescents
- Supervise pre-doctoral interns and postdoctoral fellows
- Collaborate on training and program development
- Participate in recruitment and academic outreach
- Maintain high standards for documentation and ethics
Requirements
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or School Psychology from APA-accredited program
- Licensed psychologist in Washington state
- Minimum 2 years experience as licensed psychologist
- Experience in pediatric psychological or neuropsychological assessment
- Interest in supervision, teaching, and training leadership
- Collaborative, organized, and growth-minded approach
- Availability for on-site work
