Job Description
This position manages orders for semiconductor products, ensuring timely shipment to customers using SAP and logistics tools, preventing delays in supply chains. Specialists resolve issues with SAP, logistics, and accounts receivable, helping Samsung meet global technology demands. The role enables smooth operations by tracking orders and processing RMAs.

Specialists track orders, verify pricing, work with logistics warehouses, and expedite shipments via SAP and Outlook. They monitor accounts receivable, process RMAs, sample requests, and create invoices. Duties include preparing reports, resolving credit issues, and managing sample requests. Work occurs onsite in Bellevue five days weekly, involving data calculation and document interpretation.
Hourly base pay is $30.04-$38.23, with incentives for individual and company performance. Location is onsite in Bellevue daily. Schedule is flexible but onsite required per policy. Responsibilities
- Track and manage product orders
- Verify pricing
- Work with logistics to ship products from warehouse
- Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues
- Monitor and process RMA requests and sample requests
- Create and enter customer orders through SAP
- Prepare reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years sales operations or order management experience
- Working knowledge of international logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with SAP ERP preferred
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions, procedure manuals
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts
