The Therapeutic Recreation Service Technician leads activities to teach life skills in Kalispell and Polson, Montana. Clients develop positive lifestyles through recreational interventions. Services promote personal growth and community engagement.

Tasks involve planning activities, role-modeling behaviors, documenting outcomes in EHR, and assisting with transition plans. Staff travels via personal or AWARE vehicles to client areas. Interactions include clients, treatment teams, and supervisors in independent regional work.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or HSE
- Past employment experience
- Valid Montana driver’s license or ability to obtain
- Acceptable driving record
- Acceptable criminal and protective services background check
