The role collects waste in containers, dumps them completely, and leaves customer locations free of debris. Drivers position containers upright to avoid blocking driveways. Finally, they note issues on DVIR forms, report unsafe conditions immediately, and complete documentation at route end.

Interactions include communicating customer requests and potential missed pick-ups to Dispatch or Operations Managers. The role requires handling blocked containers and notifying Dispatch promptly. A challenge includes responding to incidents, accidents, injuries, and property damage by reporting promptly and sometimes in varied weather conditions.
