Work reviews sales goals, new arrivals, trends, circulates floor for customer needs, shares loyalty benefits, finishes strong with thanks, recovers floors/fitting rooms, updates signs/pricing, supports merchandise moves. Requires flexible availability including weekends, dependable attendance, resourcefulness, handling devices. Essential physicals: talking, lifting, standing, reaching, frequent use of cash registers and technology, lifting 25lbs, stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders.

- Wear name badge with pride, greet teammates, ensure sales floor clean, organized, prepared
- Review sales goals, learn new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, promotions
- Focus on customer - warm welcome, eye contact, personal conversations for relationships
- Maintain shoppable space by recovering floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, supporting merchandise moves
- Finish Strong - share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customer needs met, sincere thank-you, walk package using customer's name
- Support each other with honesty, care, collaboration for better service

Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
