A challenge involves processing confidential data integrity swiftly in a dynamic environment.
Compensation ranges from $105,100 to $144,000 annually depending on experience and location. The role is office-based, requiring sitting and standing at desks, communicating in person and via phone, and operating standard equipment like telephones and computers. Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain HRIS including Workday and ServiceNow
- Manage audit and quality control processes for data integrity and access
- Serve as primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting
- Identify and analyze data collection issues
- Generate actionable reports from HR metrics
- Collaborate on enhancing systems processes and employee experience
- Contribute to journey maps for system and end-user experiences
- Stay updated on HRIS best practices and emerging technologies
- Perform special projects and additional duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Data Analytics or related field
- 5+ years experience in HRIS or related areas
- Adept at managing confidential data
- Strong technical proficiency with HRIS systems like Workday and ServiceNow
- Data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau
- Experience in complex report writing
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Highly organized and self-directed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
