Automotive detailers wash vehicle exteriors, clean interiors, buff surfaces in post-production departments, ensuring cars meet high standards for online sales. Lot attendants move vehicles between inspection center departments, supporting efficient reconditioning processes that satisfy customer expectations for quality used cars.

Detailers use water, soap, buffers, vacuums, cloths to remove imperfections, while lot attendants drive vehicles on site, lifting up to 60 pounds, operating tools and safety gear like face shields, goggles, gloves, masks. Positions include photobooth associates taking photos in spinners, inspection associates identifying defects. Work occurs in fast-paced production environments with exposure to heat or cold, requiring standing, walking, physical tasks like tilting or turning, using state-of-the-art tools. Mandatory overtime applies based on business needs, with first shift schedules from Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm.

Hourly pay starts at $16, ranging to $17 based on experience, located at 1000 E Gowan Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89030; must be at least 18 with valid driver's license, some positions check motor vehicle records; benefits include 100% company-paid healthcare premiums, generous paid time off including birthday holiday, ASE and tool reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, 401(k) with match, vehicle purchase discount; physical requirements include lifting 60 pounds, operating vehicle equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Detailing vehicles including washing, interior cleaning, exterior buffing
  • Move vehicles from one department to the next in Inspection Centers
  • Take photos of vehicles for online display
  • Inspect interior and exterior of vehicles identifying imperfections/defects

Requirements

  • Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
  • Ability to be exposed to excessive weather conditions
  • Use of safety equipment that may include face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, protective garments
