This position involves leading a small team of psychiatric physicians, therapists, and medical office coordinators to provide outpatient therapy for senior adults experiencing depression or anxiety linked to aging changes.

Psychiatric Medical Care operates Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program specifically for individuals aged 65 and older facing emotional challenges from life transitions.

Activities include developing patient treatment plans, responding to community inquiries through presentations and meetings, securing new clients via referrals from hospitals and providers, monitoring adherence to ethical guidelines, documenting in software like Prism, and scheduling educational outreach with Prisma CBT curriculum toolkit alongside 24/7 online resources, though coordinating with limited staff can challenge timely responses.

Compensation ranges up to $80000 annually based on experience. The schedule runs Monday to Friday with no weekends or on-call duties, including 7 paid holidays and PTO accrual.
