Job Description
This position optimizes store shelves by stocking beverage displays that enable quick customer access to products. Ensuring coolers and racks are fully rotated according to standards benefits retailers and consumers with fresh inventory in over 13 states.
Swire Coca-Cola bottles and distributes over 50 beverage brands, including Coca-Cola products, serving more than 30 million consumers. The family-owned company operates as one of the largest bottlers in North America, focusing on refreshment and variety.
Employees restock coolers, displays, and racks using push carts, build promotional items in stores, and rotate products with first-in-first-out methods. They communicate with supervisors and store management for display instructions, use technology apps for tasks, and prepare credited product for returns. One challenge is lifting up to 50 pounds safely while building displays in various store environments.
Compensation is $20.50 per hour with overtime available. Schedule includes 6:00am to 3:00pm shifts Friday through Tuesday, including weekends. Benefits encompass health coverage, 401(k) match, seven paid holidays, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement for local routes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize technology and applications as required
- Clean and organize shelves and aisles with equipment
- Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves
- Rotate products following first in first out system
- Build displays and promotional items
- Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas
- Prepare credited product for returns
- Attend meetings and assist with special projects
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with driving record meeting company policy
- Ability to use reliable vehicle for store routes
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
