  • UML knowledge required. Responsible for the application development as well as the application environment.

Project Manager: 


  • Minimum of 10 years experience with expertise in managing all phases of systems development from concept through implementation and maintenance utilizing tools.

  • Overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing detailed planning, managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projects.

  • Defines the phase deliverables, track milestones, project costs, schedule roles, and resources, evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans.

  • Manages the development of the technical strategy. Assigns resources and tasks, manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, develops standards, client support, and compliance with all policies and procedures.

Project Leader: 


  • Minimum of 5 years experience with at least one assignment in a team leader role.

  • Responsible for structuring the technical work of a portion of a project or a small project and providing technical leadership to team members. Assists in or develop technical strategy as well as in the design of the systems and application programs.

  • Manages execution of project plan, including quality and completion of own work and that of team members.
